You have the perfect idea for a new game or TTRPG supplement and excitedly begin writing it. You are halfway through when you realize that you have no idea how to publish it, who to add to your team, or where to sell it.

Not you? Let’s say you have a team already and know that you want to launch it on Kickstarter or BackerKit. However, you’re trying to wrangle artists, figure out marketing, vendors and fulfillment centers: all while trying to write and design the game. You miss steps and don’t know how to set deadlines the team will follow.

Perhaps your project is small, and you’re confident in your ability to get it all done, but you have a question you’d like to talk to a professional project manager about.

If any of these scenarios sound like you, you need a TTRPG Project Manager. Let’s chat!
