BURNAWAY is an indie TTRPG written by an up and coming game developer. Courtney led him through the process of what to do after writing a first draft, including recruiting a team, setting up a Kickstarter page, and what to do after it funds. She also developed the project timeline and led the team throughout development.

Race to World First: Castle Nathria - Daily recap videos
The Race to World First is an event where the top guilds in World of Warcraft compete to be the first guild to defeat a new dungeon raid tier. They covered these events by live tweeting results 24/7, creating daily video summaries of clips and updates, analyzing the event thus far in live segments on our radio platform, and updating our guild tracker. Courtney oversaw all of their event coverage from graphic design, web updates, and the daily video and radio recaps.

Everyday Business Storytelling: an on-demand course overhaul
EBS is a digital course offered by The Presentation Company. One of Courtney's many projects at TPC involved a total overhaul of all course offerings, including the on-demand courses. She worked with third party vendors to re-design the course and migrate hosting platforms.

Rebranding: Warcraft Radio to Bonus Roll Productions
In 2022, Warcraft Radio, a network of content creators making podcasts, Twitch streams, and Youtube videos focusing on World of Warcraft rebranded to Bonus Roll Productions in order to broaden their coverage scope. This was a massive undertaking, involving developing a new website, updated graphics for all platforms, creating a new podcast directory (listing over 100+ gaming podcasts), and launch announcements. Courtney led a team of 30 people in this effort, and they successfully launched the new brand in July of 2022.

The Mini-Campaign is a series of three meetings for those wanting a little more guidance on getting started. 

  • Meeting 1: Define project goals, high-level action items & go over how to make a project board with tasks. You will have homework to make tasks for high level items & gather time estimates for each task
  • Meeting 2: Once you’ve gathered this information and created the tasks, we will develop a timeline together
  • Meeting 3: Check-in one-two month(s) later to discuss how your project is progressing and discuss any further questions that arose
